Ribbon Magnetic Gift Box Size Guide: Small, Medium, and Large

These are exterior box measurements. They do not establish usable interior space or guarantee that a product fits. Board thickness, folded walls, the magnetic closure area, and any tissue, filler, insert, card, pouch, or accessory all reduce the space available to the packed set.
Choose a size from the packed product, not the gift alone
- Arrange the complete set. Place every item in the orientation you want the customer to see when the box opens.
- Add the presentation layers. Include any pouch, tissue, shredded filler, insert, card, ribbon, or protective wrap that will ship inside the box.
- Measure length, width, and height. Measure the finished arrangement at its widest and tallest points rather than relying on individual product dimensions.
- Confirm the inside fit. Compare your required usable space with the product information. If the internal space is not listed or the fit is close, send the packed-set measurements for review before ordering.
Small, medium, or large?
Small: a compact exterior footprint
The small format has a 24 × 18 × 7.8 cm (9.4 × 7.1 × 3.1 in) exterior. Start here when the complete packed set is compact, then confirm the usable inside space and room for presentation materials.
Medium: more length, width, and depth
The medium format increases the exterior to 26 × 23 × 9.5 cm (10.2 × 9.1 × 3.7 in). Compare the packed footprint with both the small and large formats; the closest exterior size is not automatically the correct internal fit.
Large: the largest listed ribbon format
The large format has a 33 × 27 × 12 cm (13.0 × 10.6 × 4.7 in) exterior. Use the added space only when the packed arrangement needs it. An oversized box may require more filler and can change the finished presentation and shipping weight.
Plan quantities by color and size
Each current ribbon magnetic folding box listing states a minimum of 20 pieces per color and size variant. Choose the required quantity for each selected variant; do not treat different sizes or colors as one combined minimum. The minimum is not a requirement to order in multiples of 20, subject to the quantity controls and availability shown on the product page.
Logo printing or a fully custom box?
If a selected product page offers a logo option, use only the placement and printing choices shown for that product and follow the artwork and proof instructions. If you need a different size, ribbon configuration, material, insert, or branding treatment, request a logo or packaging review rather than assuming the stock option can be changed.
