UK gift box ordering FAQ
Clear answers for UK buyers
What is the minimum UK online order?
The combined merchandise subtotal must be at least £150. Shipping is calculated separately and does not count towards the £150 threshold. An exact £150 merchandise subtotal qualifies.
Does every product need to total £150?
No. The threshold applies to the combined eligible merchandise in the UK cart. Each product still keeps its own minimum quantity for the selected size and colour.
Are UK prices shown in pounds sterling?
Yes, when the UK market is active and the session is set to the United Kingdom. Shopify converts current catalogue prices into GBP using the market exchange-rate settings, so the page does not rely on fixed copied prices.
Are duties and import VAT included?
For eligible online-checkout orders, we arrange DDP delivery. The listed shipping charge covers standard duties, import VAT and customs clearance, so there should be no extra standard import payment at delivery. If a carrier asks for an unexpected payment, contact us before paying. The £150 minimum is an order rule, not a tax exemption. Oversized and fully custom quoted orders follow their written terms.
Can I order without logo printing?
Yes. Choose the box-only option on eligible product pages. Where available, logo printing can be configured separately before adding the items to the cart.
Can you make custom branded gift boxes for UK delivery?
Yes. Send the required dimensions, structure, quantity, material, colour, finish, insert, artwork and UK postcode through the custom quote form. Custom projects are confirmed by written quote rather than the ready-stock checkout threshold.
